 Platte River Power
              Authority is a not-for-profit utility that generates and delivers reliable,
              low-cost and environmentally responsible electricity
            to its owner communities of Estes Park, Fort Collins, Longmont and Loveland,
            Colorado, where it is distributed by each municipal utility to residents
          and businesses.

         Platte River's Headquarters
            is located in Fort Collins and its generation and transmission facilities
            are located along Colorado's
          Front Range, in northwestern Colorado and near Cheyenne and Medicine
        Bow, Wyoming.
        The Organic
              Contract        is an agreement between the four Member Municipalities. The Organic
            Contract creates Platte River Power Authority and sets forth its purposes,
            functions and system of governance. Platte River Power Authority has
          a Power Supply Agreement with each of the Member Municipalities. These
          agreements are functionally identical with the exception of the attachment
          addressing joint use infrastructure. The Organic Contract and the Power
        Supply Agreements have concurrent terms through 2050.

            its member municipal utilities are members of the American Public Power
