Just as www.prpa.org requires users to respect our copyrights and
those of our affiliates and partners, we respect the copyrights
of others.
If you believe in good faith that your copyrighted work has
been reproduced on www.prpa.org without authorization in a
way that
constitutes copyright

Linked Sites
A number
of pages on Platte River's website provide links to additional information
on other websites that may be useful or interesting.
The links to these sites are for your convenience only,
and you access them at your own risk. These links are provided consistent
with the
intended purpose of Platte River's website. Platte River
cannot attest to the accuracy of information provided at
any other linked
site. Platte River shall not be held responsible or liable,
directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged
to have
been caused to a user in connection with such linked sites.
Platte
River welcomes links to this site. You may establish a link to this
site, provided that the link does not
state or imply
any
sponsorship or endorsement of your site by Platte River,
www.prpa.org, or any group
or individual affiliated with Platte River and your website
does not contain content that is distasteful, offensive
or controversial.
Your
website must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use on your site any logos, trademarks, service
marks, or copyrighted
materials appearing on this site, including but not limited
to any logos or characters, without the express written

Use and Protection of Password
Platte River restricts access to the Load page in the
Services area. You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality
of your password.
You are responsible for damages resulting from all
uses of that information, whether actually or expressly authorized
by you, unless
access to such
information was obtained through no fault or negligence
of
your own. You understand that Platte River may, in
its
sole discretion,
at any
time terminate your access to the site and to any
account you have in connection with the site.
Information in portable document format
Some
of the documents available on Platte River's website are published
as portable document format files. A PDF file allows
us to
make these documents available in the same style and design as the
printed version, regardless of the software application used to create
the original documents. Generally, these documents are designed to
be printed and not read online. It is more efficient for us to convert
these large documents accurately to PDF files than to Web pages (HTML).
Document file sizes are usually smaller when converted to PDF, as
compared to HTML (especially if the document includes graphics),
which results
in quicker downloading
for large files.
The Adobe Reader software program is required to view PDF files.
If you do not already have this software installed on your
computer, you
can download a free copy from the Adobe Reader website.
