Platte
River Power Authority and its member communities’ utilities
jointly provide the following programs aimed at helping you save
energy, save money and improve your environment.
|
Electric
Efficiency Program for New Construction and Renovations
Building
a new building or renovating an existing one? Now is the time
to make sure it’s as efficient as it can be. Platte River
provides information and incentives to make sure your efficiency
upgrades are cost effective.
|
Electric
Efficiency Program for Existing Buildings
Looking
to save energy in your existing building? Or are you preparing
to replace energy-gobbling equipment? Platte River can help
you identify cost-effective energy efficient retrofits or upgrades
and can even provide incentives to help offset some of the
cost.
|
LIGHTENUP
Lighting
is often one of the biggest electric uses in businesses. LIGHTENUP
helps you lower your electric bills by providing incentives
for lighting upgrades. If you are planning lighting and other
efficiency upgrades, the Electric Efficiency Program provides
a comprehensive package of rebates.
|
Building
Tune-Up
The Building
Tune-up Program provides funding for building retrocommissioning
- diagnostics, documentation and fixing operational issues
related to specific building energy systems not performing
to the original design intent or the owner’s operational
needs. Platte River pays 100% of the cost
to identify measures that can save energy, improve the comfort,
operation, and efficiency of your building leading to a payback
in less than two years. You pay the costs
for implementing the measures.
|
Cooling
Rebate
Rebates
previously offered through the Cooling Rebate Program are now
offered through both the Electric Efficiency Program for New
Construction or Existing Buildings Program.
